 STEP 1: Please download the team camp application here  and complete by hand and mail to the address below each camper and coach should fill out and bring with them to registration all the required forms listed below.

STEP 2: Download all the following wavier forms for participants and coaches, ASICS Waiver, Rim Of the World Waiver  , Code of Conduct and the High Ropes Waiver (required if your team plans on participating) and please make sure they are signed by parents and bring to camp. STEP 3: Download the map to the camp here

STEP 4: The camp costs $1,000 for the whole team.  Coaches mail your team’s $200.00 deposit and application to the address below.

Non-Refundable deposit for all teams is $200.0. It must be received  by June 15^th.  Balance due at registration

Attention: Individual wrestlers, without a team, who would like to participate in the Lake Arrowhead      Camp please call the camp director for pricing and other detailed information.  We encourage any wrestler to attend with or without a team.
